District Simplified Grants

The District Grants Committee is now accepting applications for District Simplified Grants.  The District has $25,000 available to give to the clubs!!.  Applications will be considered on a first come - first served basis.  Clubs can only request DSG funding based upon their Club DDF Allocation for 2011-12.  All DSG related documents are available for viewing in the download library of the District Website.

The Rotary Clubs of Oviedo and South Lake County are the first clubs to submit a District Simplified Grant application.  Oviedo's project will provide bicycles for needy, at-risk children and South Lake County will use their DSG to fund their club's dictionary project

The District Grants Subcommittee (DGSC) of the District Rotary Foundation Committee (DRFC) is responsible to work with and assist Rotary clubs with their Humanitarian Matching and District Simplified Grant applications.  The DGSC must approve all grants before they can be submitted to The Rotary Foundation.
